“A guy who can make me laugh is a huge turn on and makes up for all kinds of other things that aren’t happening. It’s so rare though!” – Kimberly
Ok, listen up here because if you can make her laugh, you can overcome all kinds of other shortcomings (looks, income, education, etc.) that might normally kill your chances with a hot girl. A study presented at the British Psychological Society Annual Conference shows that women value a sense of humor in a man.
Kristofor McCarty, the author of the study says: “women see humorous men as being more honest and intelligent.”
It’s worth taking some time on this attraction builder as it can up your game further with less work than the others, so take some time and get it right. The honest truth is that most of us are not naturally funny, so how can you make her laugh without sounding like you’re faking it?
What I’ve noticed here is that being funny isn’t telling a bunch of crappy jokes. Instead, being funny is showing your inner child and any characters you may naturally gravitate towards. Think about Jim Carey, he creates a character and just goes for it with lots of contorted facial and body movements. He doesn’t really care what people think. As a result, he gets paid over $10 million per movie and he can have just about any woman he wants.
So what is your character? You could be mister sarcastic and when she says its time to go home and go to bed you could say: “Bed… we just met and you already want to take me to bed… what if you’re a bad kisser?” This sarcasm can work on any word or phrase that has sexual innuendo, like: “lets do it” or “I’m over the hump”.
Another way you can create humor is to listen to her and try to pick up on things that could be turned to sarcasm, teasing or humor. Always be listening for opportunities to create humor. When it comes to humor and being really funny, if it doesn’t come naturally to you, I highly, highly suggest reading a book or two like:
